Senior System Analyst

Hi there!
Tallium is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in process automation.
We have a large, long-term project for the Ukrainian market in FinTech/Banking. We are strengthening the current team of analysts to implement effective automation of the Bank's customer identification processes.
Required skills:
— Experience in a similar role — at least 2 years;
— Previous experience in a Bank or an IT company on FinTech/Banking projects;
— Possession of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management, the ability to apply them in practice;
— Practical skills in using modern business analysis tools (CamundaBPM, Visio, Business Studio, Miro, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.);
— Confident mastery of basic process modelling notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF);
— Knowledge of the principles of object-oriented programming;
— Knowledge of relational DBMS (Oracle, PostrgeSQL);
— Understanding of Client-server and Microservices architecture;
— Basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL;
— Experience in participation/involvement in projects for the development of web and mobile applications;
It will be a plus:
— Knowledge of banking processes (in particular, processes related to card products of individuals);
— Theoretical foundations of accounting and management accounting in Ukrainian banks;
— Understanding of typical interactions of DBO systems with other systems in the Bank's IT landscape (ABS, CRM, etc.);
— Knowledge of modern management methodologies for the development of information systems (Scrum / Kanban / LeSS / SAFe);
— Experience in the implementation/refinement of Core systems.
Expected tasks:
Analysis and optimization of banking processes
— Study and analyze existing business processes in the bank to optimize and automate them.
— Development of technical requirements for new IT solutions to increase the efficiency of the bank's work.
— Cooperation with developers and other departments to implement new systems and technologies.
Tasks:
— work with requirements, and detail them;
— build business processes, display them, details on diagrams;
— draw up requirements specifications for software development;
— assign tasks to developers and monitor software changes to match business processes;
— prepare documents for the transfer of new and existing updated banking products for further testing and implementation;
— provide recommendations on testing the finished product;
— participate in all development life cycle stages, from concept to delivery.

Senior Marketing Manager

Tallium is seeking a skilled, motivated Marketing Manager with previous experience in IT service companies.
You will be a reliable team member who сreates innovative marketing campaigns, builds effective strategies and supports company growth.
Pay attention! This role is a part-time/ project cooperation but can be switched to full-time afterwards.
Required skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a SR / Lead role;
- Previous experience in an IT service company;
- Advanced English skills
Marketing Expertise:
- Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, specifically in the IT outsourcing industry or similar fields.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.).
Strong ability to measure and optimize campaign performance using KPIs.
- Experience with Market Research, Marketing Budget Management, Brand Management, Global Outreach.

Social Selling
- Maintaining corporate pages on social networks.

PR Strategy & Communications
- Publications on behalf of the company on external media and resources.
Online Presenсe

Embedded QA Automation Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Embedded QA Automation Engineer to extend the team for our external project.
The client is a giant international corporation that provides high-tech solutions for color formulation, color measurement and color matching. They comprise hardware sensors, the corresponding software applications and design services for color applications.
Your solutions will be a part of world-famous brands used by millions of people.
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software QA automation;
- Proficiency in writing automated unit tests (e.g. with pytest, GoogleTest, etc.);
- Previous experience with embedded systems is a must;
- Experience with CI/CD toolsets (JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub) in agile and phase-gate set-ups;
- Willingness to learn, team-orientated and experienced with multicultural environments;
- Fluent in English (at least C1);
- University degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or similar.
