  • Launch automated outreach campaigns to attract new partners via LinkedIn, Email, and other channels.
  • Conduct gap analysis of the partner base; identify missing capabilities and uncover mutual value opportunities.
  • Lead re-engagement initiatives for dormant partners; find new touchpoints and collaboration formats.
  • Develop and evolve the partner offering: define what value Tallium brings beyond price and how to communicate it effectively.
  • Organise co-marketing and co-sales activities: case study exchanges, joint content, cross-promotions, and joint tender participation.
  • Monitor partner news and job openings; proactively propose flexible collaboration models.
  • Maintain Tallium's visibility in the partner landscape through corporate social media and personal branding.
  • Track and report key partner channel metrics: pipeline health, activation rate, sourced opportunities, and revenue contribution.

 

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or B2B account management.
  • C1+ English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to earn trust at various levels.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Self-organized, proactive, and result-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
  • Understanding of IT services landscape and delivery models (staffing, outsourcing, subcontracting).
  • Experience in IT Services B2B Sales & Partnerships Management will be a big plus.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with outbound outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Smartlead, Reply.io, etc.).
