Problem
In North America and Australia customers’ courtesy rides, valet service and the parts deliveries are managed manually by hand pen & paper. Such manual operation resulted in errors, frequently lost requests, and with no opportunity to improve. No matter how well the vehicle service is performed at the dealership the CSI was impacted negatively by its courtesy ride service, and is in urgent need of the technology for errorless operation.
The solution
iDEALER turned to Tallium to develop a “last mile” SAAS platform for the automotive dealerships to streamline the shuttle service operation, deliver automation to dispatching, optimal routing, lower customer wait time, precise ETA, live tracking, and the modern communication tools between dealership employees and it’s customers
