The Switch platform helps create and deliver coaching programs for European business schools. The course builder allows designing of unique curriculums with different sets of modules and activities for each school.
Every platform participant is able to complete a questionnaire that provides extended information about a coach or a student. Based on the received answers and the developed matching algorithm, Switch recommends the most suitable program coaches to students.
