UI/UX design and functionality

Concept creation and component library
We started with a pre-design stage to set a foundation for how the future platform would look and perform.



Seamless and intuitive functionality
Users sign up on the platform by filling in their personal information and answering questions for a personalized experience. The user onboarding consists of 4 steps: Contact Information, Customer Information, Knowledge & Experience, and Signing.
One of our main tasks was to accumulate portfolio statistics on a single page. We implemented it through a portfolio dashboard where users can see data on all their stocks with a detailed breakdown of the assets, balance, and holdings.
In the market module, users can view all available shares and select those they wish to buy or sell. The sidebar shows information on a chosen share with its market price and history.
Here, users can view their order history with details on each order, including company title, order ID, buy or sell side, volume, and price.
Beyond single orders, users can also create personal savings plans for automatic payments. For example, users can set up a monthly investment in a specific fund.
In this module, users can view their deposit history with each payment date, account specification, and amount transferred.
In the document module, users can check and update their personal information and sign agreements for buying and selling shares.
Mangold wanted to ensure that users could easily communicate with their Customer Support service. We implemented it through a chat feature, allowing users instant access to the Mangold team.
To facilitate the use of the platform in low-light conditions, we added a dark mode to each module.

The previous system was managed by Skillgo and LeanOn. Skillgo provided core financial processing services, while LeanOn handled the integration of these services with the frontend.
The backend was responsible for both the frontend interface and financial calculations, creating a tightly coupled system that struggled to handle complex financial operations with the needed flexibility. As a result, the system frequently experienced errors, unstable performance, and trading disruptions.
Before releasing our implementation to production, we conducted testing to ensure that the new backend could handle high volumes of trades and market data with minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
As a result, the platform is now more stable, more flexible to changes, and offers enhanced performance.
